Taipei High Administrative Court Rules in Defense of Soft Medical Model for Legal Gender Change

Yesterday, the Taipei High Administrative Court issued their ruling on Taiwan Alliance to Promote Civil Partnership Rights strategic litigation plaintiff Vivi’s court appeal to change her legal gender without providing proof of sexual organ removal surgery.
