New Food Labelling Regulations Fails To Address High Sugar Content In Taiwanese Food Products

Rob decided to travel before starting to teach in New Zealand. After ending up in Korea he decided to teach in Taiwan for a year on his way home. Nine years later he is still in Taiwan and teaching PE at an international school in Hsinchu. Rob completed a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and having nothing better to do he fell into a post graduate diploma in Secondary Teaching. Rob has trained athletes from runners to triathletes and nearly everything in-between over the last 15 years. He is currently conditioning two teams from a local Senior High School and regularly trains clients. His approach to training is scientific with a dose of common sense included.
